Friendsview Residents Web Site
Friendsview is committed to providing person-centered services encompassing all aspects of your life. We offer an environment that allows for individual dignity and personalized care while providing services for the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of residents.
At this Type-A life care community our monthly rates for higher levels of care remain stable at independent-living rates (except for normal operating costs and inflation adjustment), rather than actual market rates, regardless of the level of care you need. Occasionally direct admissions are available for residents without a Type-A agreement at market rates.

Our Manor residential care neighborhood is designed to accommodate the changing needs of residents. Those who live in residential care have all the benefits and amenities of the entire campus, along with 24-hour staff and additional care and services as needed. This neighborhood, a part of our Life Plan Community concept, allows residents to remain in a community that provides adaptive housing and supportive services for those who need assistance with some of the daily chores of living, but also allows them a continuing measure of independence.
With several floor plans to choose from, our apartments are conveniently located to promote easy access to all the amenities. The staff provides personalized services to match the needs of those who live here.
Our memory care neighborhood is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, family-like environment that will fit each resident’s particular needs.
This neighborhood consists of 16 private and semi-private rooms in a home setting with an outdoor courtyard. Our 24-hour staff of professional caregivers provides personal care and other services specifically designed for those who have Alzheimer’s or dementia. Additionally the staff develops a daily calendar of activities and programs to meet the spiritual, social and recreational needs of residents.
Named after our founder, the Charles Beals Health Center offers the finest in 24-hour care for Friendsview residents. For those in our community who need full-time or temporary care, the Health Center offers a wide range of supportive and enhanced services in a residential setting.
Our professional staff and consultants include registered nurses, therapists, spiritual care volunteers, an activities and social services coordinator and a dietitian. They are here to meet the needs of our residents.
Friendsview does not participate in Medicare; however, outpatient services through Medicare Part B can be available through Providence Rehabilitation Services, which has an office and rehab site on campus.
Friendsview Care at Home is a service for residents who want to get health care services in their own home. This service is available to all residents of Friendsview, with the exception of Off-Campus residents residing greater than 10 miles away from Friendsview’s main campus. In-Home Care services differ from Residential Care services in that your health status must be stable and predictable, and it does not require a move.
Services offered include caregiver/companion services, nursing services and registered dietician consultation. Please contact the Friendsview Care at Home Administrator or Social Services Coordinator to explore this service or to sign up.
