9:00am - 3:15pm Monday, - week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 every month

Friendsview Fitness Class Schedule - Monday

Fitness Coordinator:  Donna Pace

9:00-9:45 AM - Sit and Be Fit (Fitness Area)

10:00-10:45 AM - Cardio/Circuit (Fitness Area).  This class may include aerobic routines, walking in the canyon or on the track, and the use of fitness cardio machines.

11:00-11:50 AM - Arthritis Exercises (Fitness Area).  Gentle exercises (sitting or standing) to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion.

12:45-1:15 PM - Safety Training/Orientation for machines in the fitness area.

1:45/2:20/2:55/3:30/4:05 - Water Therapy Exercises. (Water Therapy is done in warmer water with gentle movement and stretching to increase range of motion and fleibility)  Reserved 30 minute sessions. (Sign-up sheet on the Fitness Bulletin Board in the hallway near the fitness area.  New sign-up sheets for the following week will be posted each Friday.)
