8:30am - 3:15pm Tuesday, - week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 every month

Friendsview Fitness Class Schedule - Tuesday

Fitness Coordinator:  Donna Pace

 8:30/9:00 AM - Personal Training.  Reserved 30 minute sessions.  (Sign-up sheet on the Fitness Bulletin Board in the hallway near the fitness area.  New sign-up sheets for the following week will be posted each Friday.)

9:45/10:15 AM - Water Aerobics.  Reserved 30 minute sessions.  (See above.)

9:50 - 10:50 AM - Line Dancing.  (Fitness Area.) 

12:00-12:45 PM - Strength, Balance, and Stretch (Fitness Area).  This class may include the use of fitness equipment or machines to impove strength and balance.

1:00 - 1:45 PM - Strength, Balance, and Stretch (same as the 12:00 class).

2:30-3:15 PM - Strengthening and Posture Exercises  (Springbrook).  Class participants lie on the floor to do  gentle, non-impact floor exercises. Bringing a towel or mat to lie on.
