8:30am - 11:45am Wednesday, - week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 every month

Friendsview Fitness Class Schedule - Wednesday

Fitness Coordinator:  Donna Pace

8:30/9:00 AM Water Aerobics.  Reserved 30 minute sessions. (Sign-up sheet on the Fitness Bulletin Board in the hallway near the fitness area.  New sign-up sheets for the following week will be posted each Friday.)

9:00-9:45 AM - Sit and Be Fit (Fitness Area) 

10:00-10:45 AM -  Cardio/Circuit (Fitness Area).  This class may include routines, walking in the canyon or on the track, and the use of fitness cardio machines.

11:00-11:50 AM - Arthritis Exercises (Fitness Area).  Gentle exercises (sitting or standing) to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion.
