8:30am - 3:15pm Thursday, - week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 every month

Friendsview Fitness Class Schedule - Thursday

Fitness Coordinator:  Donna Pace

8:30/9:00 AM - Personal Training.  Reserved 30 minute sessions.  (Sign-up sheet on the Fitness Bulletin Board in the hallway near the fitness area.  New sign-up sheets for the following week will be posted each Friday.)

9:45/10:15 AM - Water Aerobics.  Reserved 30 minute sessions.  (See above.) 

12:00-12:45 PM - Strength, Balance, and Stretch (Fitness Area). This class may include the use of fitness equipment or machine to impove strength and balance.

1:00-1:45 PM - Strength, Balance, and Stretch (same as the 12:00 class).

2:30-3:15 PM  - Strengthening and Posture Exercises on the floor (Springbrook)
