Friendsview does not participate in Medicare; however, outpatient services through Medicare Part B and your individual insurance can be available through a provider of your choice, both on campus and off-campus in the Newberg area with scheduled transportation available.
The Charles Beals Health Center offers private and semiprivate room options. As of January 1, 2020, rates of continuing care agreements range from $2,292 to $3,127 per month. This care is available to current independent living residents with a Friendsview Life Care contract.
