Partnering with Bon Appetit, a pioneer in environmentally responsible food sourcing, our expert culinary team creates diverse menus with flavorful dishes made from scratch, including soups, sauces, stocks and salsa, too.
Seasonal, local ingredients are purchased right here in the Willamette Valley. Meats, fish and cheeses are responsibly farmed through humane and sustainable practices. Also, many of our residents tend their own gardens and regularly donate fresh fruits and produce for all to enjoy. Now that’s truly farm to fork!
For special dietary needs, our registered dietitian can readily assist with recommendations and advice, including heart-healthy, low-sugar, low-salt or gluten-free selections.

Instead of traditional meal plans, Dining Dollars, which are included in your total monthly fees, may be used for delicious meals in our dining room at the following resident/guest rates:
Monday-Sunday: 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Monday-Saturday: 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Sunday: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Monday-Saturday: 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
