Neighborhoods

Across both our main campus and our Springbrook Meadows campus, there is a strong sense of community. But within the larger Friendsview family, each of our neighborhoods has adopted its own unique feel over time. Our neighborhoods offer a wide variety of living options, from cozy studio apartments all the way up to duplex cottages, and everything in between. Here’s an overview of each of our neighborhoods.

Sutton Terrace

This neighborhood includes 96 large apartment homes on five levels. These homes are beautifully designed and offer a range of patio and balcony features. The neighborhood will also be home to the Cherry Street Bistro, an expansive outdoor courtyard that’s perfect for entertaining friends and family, a large community room, and a beautiful communal fireplace area.

Manor

The Manor is where the Friendsview story started. It has stood the test of time. Creekside

Creekside features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, many overlooking Hess Creek Canyon or the George Fox University campus.

Pennington Terrace

This neighborhood includes 38 apartment homes on four levels. Unlike traditional apartment buildings, the unique shape of this building allows for each apartment to have two or more sides with windows. Cherry Street Village
