Cassandra comes to us with over 15 years of working in the restaurant industry and an MBA in Healthcare Administration. She got her start as a host at age 18, and worked in nearly every position in a restaurant, including owning her own food truck in Portland. She has partnered with chefs like Jean-George at a Michelin starred restaurant in New York City, and in local, staple restaurants like Tina’s in Dundee, Oregon. Her love of food took her all around the world to try cuisine in SE Asia, South America, China, and Europe.
