Dale holds a BA in accounting from the University of Washington and currently serves as senior director for business transformation, global supply chain and operations for Relief International, an international non-governmental organization (NGO). Dale has spent the last ten years working in various leadership roles in the global humanitarian sector, previously with World Vision International. Dale has traveled extensively visiting over 50 countries with many in very fragile and underdeveloped contexts. Prior to working with NGOs, Dale worked for over twenty years in the corporate sector in public accounting, healthcare and high tech. Dale resides in Newberg, and is faithful to his local church home as a teacher and small group leader. Dale and his wife of 35 years, Joy, have three adult children and three loved grandchildren.
