Debby Thomas

Debby has her Ph.D. in organizational leadership and has worked as an assistant professor of management at George Fox University, and as a facilitator and coach for leadership training programs at the Professional Development Academy, and at Mind Gym. She spent 10 years as a missionary with Evangelical Friends Mission in Rwanda specializing in holistic community development. Debby and her husband moved back to Newberg with their four children in 2015.
