Eric Sholty

Chief Executive Officer

Since 1997, Eric Sholty has held leadership roles in both single- and multi-site Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) nationwide, including Facilities Director, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer.

With nearly 30 years in not-for-profit organizations, Eric has led strategic initiatives in operations, development, and finance, and overseen over $1 billion in CCRC startups and redevelopments.

A licensed RCFE Administrator in California and former board member of LeadingAge California, Eric holds a summa cum laude bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado Christian University.
